The old company got merged into another company and this new company is a gora(white) company and does not like to get into these kinds of cases. Can he have his EAD applied through a new company now that the dates are current for his PD ? | ||

My friend's case: 1) Has got i140 approved - PD - August 30, 2007 2) Had to come back to India due to some personal emrgency. 3) Staying in India from the last 3 yeasrs 4) Now wants to go back to US So is there a way that he can get his i140 transferred or have a H1B proccessed and come back to US ? TIA. |
