I know Jagan fans have no respect for the judiciary including the Supreme Court of India and no respect for the people of Andhra Pradesh either but it's Sakshi and Sakshi alone the determinant of guilt or innocence? Thousands of pages of chargesheets by prime investigation agencies like CBI and ED man nothing? Acceptance of the evidence by higher judiciary of India as sufficient to treat so many assets as proceeds of crime mean nothing? | ||

Don't misunderstand me, I'm not trying to equate Jagan with Babu simply because both of them sought stay against CBI probe. Babu ki Jagan ki bhoomiki aakasaniki unna teda undi. Notice the see differences: 1. The allegations against Babu were nothing but a rehash of several petitions in the past on the similar grounds which were dismissed by the high court and even the government headed by YS Rajasekhar Reddy, had not found any thing against him whereas the petitions against Jagan were never investigated prior to this. 2. While the allegations against Babu are convincing to only certain caste fanatics who share their last name with the petitioner Y S Vijayalakshmi Reddy and a certain credible newspaper popularly known as shit/toilet paper, the allegations against Jagan are backed by such exceptionally strong evidence that judicial and quasi-judicial bodies going upto the Supreme Court of India have on multiple instances taken strong actions based on such evidence. Examples of such instances: A. The SC and HC both rejected bail twice despite exceeding 90 days in jail: B. Starting from ED adjudicating authority, to the SC, including ED Appellate Authority and the High Court in between, all approved the attachment of Jagan and Co.'s assets by treating them as proceeds of crime given the evidence unearthed by the CBI probe. 3. Babu declared openly that if the alleged thousands of crores of assets he has are shown, he will donate them to the allegors. But the shameless Jagan not only refused to give the clearly identified illegal assets to the government but is using expensive advocates and trying (albeit unsuccessfully) to take back the already attached illegal assets. | ||
