loksabha rajyasabha kalipi oka houselo koorchopettadam..appudu bill ni introduce chesi pass cheyinchatam. for ejjanmple NDA has 330+ in LS.. but some 100 members in RS.. RSlo bill elago odipotundhi due to lack of support..then joint sittingki eltharu.. appudu NDA will have ~330+100=430 out of 690..so bill pass ayipotundhi..  | ||
