Gringo:Whether the Telugu people benefited anything from the forced bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh or not, there are those fortunate few from the real estate market who have made big bucks overnight and became crorepatis. This happened during real estate boom in Hyderabad.

Gringo:the same trend is being observed in the Andhra Pradesh capital region of vijayawada and Guntur. However, the latest update is that realtors in Krishna district are crying bitterly. The reason for that is the new directive from the TDP government regarding the sale of lands.

http://gulte.com/news/36738/Realtors-In-Krishna-District-Cry ing Whether the Telugu people benefited anything from the forced bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh or not, there are those fortunate few from the real estate market who have made big bucks overnight and became crorepatis. This happened during real estate boom in Hyderabad. And now, the same trend is being observed in the Andhra Pradesh capital region of vijayawada and Guntur. However, the latest update is that realtors in Krishna district are crying bitterly. The reason for that is the new directive from the TDP government regarding the sale of lands. Apparently, all the land registrations are stopped and though value is there seller cannot sell. Few officials from the government reveal things have been kept on hold due to land procurement process happening. They also add that the same stopping procedure might spread to other districts as well. At a time when some middlemen and real estate people wanted to take advantage of the situation, it appears that the Andhra Pradesh government's initiative has tightened the noose. Let us see what happens. http://i.imgur.com/eI7517s.jpg?1 |
