Please need your suggestions on Nursery business in CRDA(non pooled) area. - My cousin had single bit of 10+ acres very close to CRDA(not pooled) in Neerukonda.We are less than 15 minutes to Mangalagiri&Tulluru(max 30 minutes to vijaywada&guntur city center) and has road facility. Doing our study on Nursery business with below features - Palm&Tropical trees,Special flower supply(with covered shelters) to vijayawada&Guntur for parties and corporates - Office&house Garden design&decoration arrangement with fixed price models(these are special designs that people cannot do themselves) - Build "Top class Garden Function/party hall" after 3 years once garden gets into a shape(after 3 years). In fact FUNCTION HALL is our main target We have enough water(365 days) and soil is the best Also with Kondaveeti vagu no more a threat for us all natural hurdles are cleared. Since we have land&water the investment is coming around 70 lakhs and 3 years for any returns. There are other nurseries in this area but they are all more domestic style. We are also getting support from Kadiyam for domestic plants. But we want to introduce Tropical trees from Malaysia&USA(already started study in Florida nursery) that can survive in our weather. I appreciate your feedback and I am sure this DB has smart minds.. For those who has no idea, many thanks if you can pardon me. On a different note we are looking to introduce water sports(parasailing e.t.c) next year and going around for permissions...CRDA is not responding as they want to wait for other happenings as per Master plan.. |
