Netra brother, last weekend vachcham.. Dublin/Pleasanton.. Too good area!! Affordable.. Great schools BUT... it is too far from the center of the bay.. For you folks, who have company bus facility, it may be worth.. but our company doesnt have such luxury.. to drive every day for 35 miles each side on 680 is hard to imagine.. may be I am spoiled... really tempted but backed out in the end.. | ||

Would you buy it? Next to one of the busiest highways.. A huge wall separates the freeway and backyard.. but the house is too good with good sized backyard and nice community. Middle and High are good; elementary is okayish. Fits my budget and satisfies the HD's vastu too.. Been to it; yes, noise when we are in the backyard but not much when in the house.. Online comments on zillow and redfin says not to go for it. Says, noise and pollution will be major factors.. and resale will be difficult if at all comes to that point.. Would like to hear from you!
