before after during i dont have idea ..i just eat wahtever ...lunch and dinner..morning breakfast.. workout 3 days cardio where i burn 800 calories min each session... and 2-3 days total body where i do eleptical for 15 min jog for 15 min and do wts for half hour... kettlebell 20 reps 2 rounds, ropes push ups pullups and dead wts ...70 punds each side 35 pounds dead wts 10 reps 3 rounds chestha ... |

TS..I'm not joking..., when i started i use to burn max 400-500 in and hour and max oka 3 miles run chesewadini...now 500 cals is my warmup and easy ga 33-35 min lo burn chestha then slow down and rest 300 cal in 20 mins .., right now iam targeting at 1000 in one hour with less strain...my best so far was 900 in one hour ... Right now im at 6 miles in an hour...i should push it to 6.5 and eventually 7 and keep it there.. |

i burn 800 in 50-55 min ... 1000 ki 70-75 min padutundhi ...first 500 can burn in 35 min but after that need to slow down and finally 850 oen hour avutundhi... 1000 ki 70-75....target is relaxed ga 1000 in one hour lo kottali ..kottochu its all breathing technique and longer steps |

T_S thammi nenu GURU kaadhu kanee but chinna salaha.. If you intend to run and do High speed interval training a lot then heart rate monitor helps u-- there is a limit on how max ur heart rate can be while doing High intense cardio in the gym.. this monitor will beep if you are exceeding and helps you slow down.. i did not use it but no harm in trying it-- |

i have a polar heart rate monitor. i use it only during workout. it has a band you need to wear. nenu vade model uses amazon nundi copy chesanu Monitors heart rates. I found the monitoring to be accurate except underwater. - Counts Calories. The Calorie counter seems to be quite accurate. I have used it for walking, spinning classes, swimming, and strength training sessions and the calorie counts are reasonable. - Target heart rate graph. The graph is useful for seeing where you are and if you're within your minimum and maximum HR "fitness" ranges during a session. - Stores Training Files. Which include records of session durations, calories burned, average HR, Maximum HR, and the amount of time your workout HR was spent in the target range. - Weekly Summaries |
