Depending on the license that the restaurant takes procurement differs. If its just a lounge/pub/bar then they have to but from liquor stores in their business territory. Five star hotels can procure directly from government.
Indian cities have their share of problems, but they are also places where you can walk around their shadiest areas at 1 am and be safer than say parts of Chicago, NYC, London, Madrid, Sydney etc...

Thanks Bezawada_Rowdy. What about restaurants and hotels? Do they also buy just like the liquor dealers?

Liqour overflow avakunda proper tax collection kosam official ga depots dwara stock pamputharu.. So oka shop ki entha liqour velthundi, entha stock ki tax kadathannaru anedhi official ga paper paina untundi

First lo open tender apudu money baga petti konevallu kabatti liqour flow bagundedhi... Pettina money kosam stocks baga techevaru, indirect ga belt shops ki..anduke belt shops yekkuva unde areas lo shops high price ki vellayi

Last tym tenders lo oka shop intha stock e konali ani oka margin pettaru.. Tender price, area ni batti ahh price fix chesaru.. So limit cross chese varaku oka tax.. Cross cheska % of tax increase chesaru which limits the overflow

Present issue paina idea ledu

Most of the liqour distilleries and breweries are in tg, so state tax extra for transport to Andhra now.

Income tax department sized AP & TS Beverages Corporation's depots for non-payment of tax itseems. So liquor dealers are expressing concern that they are unable to procure stock. Can anybody explain whether restaurants/hotels would also be affected?
Also, why can't the dealers buy directly from the manufacturers?
