Every one knows this. Thats is the reason why people are rapists are killing girls , children and women after the crime - Censor internet for visual and tectual por - Censor movies for crossing all limits - educate mothers and fathers especially villages about thier resposiblity towards boys and girls - Maintain and national library of repeated offenders and provide them medical help - Girls should be made to understand the dynamics of freedom in India for women and teach them all possible precuasions - self defence tools , weapons for women - Women to ride women driven vehicles - capital punishment for pediophiles and child taffikers Last but not least Married Women reposiblity to provide enough biological satisfaction to thier partners , leaving thoer egos and clashes... becuase married men are the biggest offenders | ||
