The EFC memorandum was discussed in the EFC meeting held on 5.3.2010 and it was decided that state govt. may work out realistic cost & implementation programme of the project. The cost of the project has been updated as Rs.16010.45 crore at 2010-11 price level. The revised cost of the project for Rs 16010.45 crore (Price Level 2010-11) has been accepted by the Advisory committee of MOWR in its 108th Meeting held on 4.1.2011. BJP prime target will be where they own in 2014 elections with marginal wins. They will care very less about states no income expenditures now. i personally believe its too early for Center to give lakhs and crores of rupess for any state where they dont generate any income. With the given situation if BJP aka center funds AP lakhs of crores for the capital infrastructure or another projects do you BJP benefits from it? BJP does not even have a strong cader in Ap to prject themselves as they can do it. All the credit will go to CBN for sure which they are not ready for it . It center sanctions the funds, Is TDP ready to give 60% of seats in 2019 elections???? No wayyy BJP will go along and they prepare their stategry for the 2019 elections.
