Pattiseema VS Polavaram Pattiseema:- - For next 7-8 years we get around 60-80 TMC of water diverted using "Lift irrigation" to Krisha so Seema can use krisha water share - This costs POWER to us but provides 5lakh+ acre water and seema irrigation If not this then Rayalaseema will continue to have drought for next 7-8 years. Imagine 5 lakh+ irrigation and drinking water to Seema.That would lift our state economy indirectly so much. Feel sorry to Seema folks if we can't execute this. Polavaram:- - Anytime 80 TMC capacity storage(which is more than enough for whole summer of krishna delta+godavari current stream) - Just with "Gravity" we get usage of 300-400+ TMC water usage. - In future this provides life line for Vizag-Kakinada industries Ex:- Steel plant+thermal plant of vizag is using now 10 TMC water which is almost more than city usage - Hardware industry uses HIGHEST water in the world. We need this if we want hardware hug in Kakinada. - We get 900 MW power guaranteed at cheap cost(Hydal is cheap and pollution free) Whether it is Patti or polavarm we need Right canal work finished. Also in this area we don't have canal.
