Think it in a practical way - here is the situation Situation 1) Build lavatories, Provide minimum housing for Poor, Improve transportation, provide minimum pay jobs to poor, Improve country's defense system, Improve country's GDP Situation 2) Sanction 3 lakhs cores to a state for their infrastructure, Sanction special status to states, do not collect taxes from state, sanction big projects for zero interest etc... which one you choose? Which one generates income to the central? which one gives more satisfaction to country citizen's? I believe BJP will sanction the funds in the year 2016 budget. AP still gets income from HYD for 10 Years as it is a joint capital. No one is going to die here. just 99 cents.
