Will adhere to all the guidelines outlined and specifically the Do's and Don’ts section, the roles and responsibilities for the partners contained in the manual on Smart Village-Smart Ward Program towards Smart Andhra Pradesh. Further guidelines if any, issued by the state government from time to time in this regard will also be observed in letter and spirit. b. Help to achieve the 20 development indicators identified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as non-negotiable under the programme apart from working on other indicators as deemed necessary. . c. Will work in coordination and in the best interest of the village/ward with due respect to the basic values and sentiments of the local inhabitants. d. I am aware that the partnership is purely voluntary in nature and without any financial or non-financial expectations and it shall last as long as the Gram Sabha/Ward sabha reposes faith in me/us. e. Help harness the strengths of local committees, resource persons, village level organizations, volunteers and institutions to promote synergy and convergence to reach all the sections of communities with special focus on marginalized. f. Will participate to the extent possible in collective visioning exercises of Village and Gram Panchayat (GP) or Ward as applicable. g. Will facilitate implementation of approved development plans and adherence to timelines with focus on sustained development. h. Will help in bringing in and sharing best practices/technologies and spread them through web portal. i. Will maintain integrity, social harmony and security of the village/ward under any circumstances and will abide by the Laws of the land. j. Will be responsible for own acts or omissions, and those of my/our employees, contractors or any other personnel engaged by me/us for the program. k. I/we are serious about the partnership and will strive to meet the commitments made regarding the amount of time and resources indicated in the partnership registration form and those made subsequently. l.
