If you eat fat more than required - it gets stored in the body in lever, arteries and all over the place

if you eat more calories than required by your body or not in proportion to the burn rate all the excess caloties gets deposited into bad fats

Now Salt - Sea salt in moderation is good. Table salt consumption is def bad for health. It is proven

i have never believed that they were dangerous as was being potrayed, as there was never a proven scientific correlation between blood cholesterol and food cholesterol, it was just a popular hearsay, which was more of common sense thing. some research friends in bio-sciences also concurred with me, and i have had conversations with my doctor about as well.

I love eggs, anytime egg kanapadithe weakness :D . intlo tray, trays, single hand tho finish avutha untayi... well i should say single mouth :-) . my wife was so worried about my egg consumption, that she would hide them a way. Now i have better control.

When you get up early, you should make sure go to bed at right time , you get a 8 hrs sleep before you wake up next day

take in between nap 15-20 based on the need in the middle of the day keeps you fresh till night

Any how no adult requires more than 8 hrs continous night sleep , unless he is sleep deprived.

after 60's it will come down ... further

Only kids need 8-11 hrs nigght sleep
