US Job market is completely spoiled by Indian/Desi Recruiting Companies. ee chinna chinna chetha companies vachi 2/3layers vachi nasanam chesaseru. All Desi recruiting companies are setting up their offshore office with cheap labor and giving hard time to American recuiting companies and American Recruiting companies are fast leasrning Desi tactics to screw people. | ||

couple more things .. if the same job is posted by multiple consulting comp.. there would be atleast 1 reputed recruiting company which posted same..usually they are the prime vendors.. also for every job posted on Dice, there would be 5 others not posted with the prime vendor..the market is ever changing that they dont post all the reqs on Dice..the job you apply might have been filled already.. if you send your Resume they keep it their database and call you if they have a match in some other req.. IT jobs ki Dice ni kottedhi ledhu (naa opinion).. Dice is like Google.. veedu chethulara interface ni D bettadu.. old one was better.. Linkedin for job search is no where in picture.. avvavu...they cannot submit to any client without your consent. before submitting to client, they will tell u the cient and u can tell them if its already submitted. | ||

maamoolu bad kaadhu..worst ga vundhi... for eg, oka client job requirement ni vendors ki iste, vaallu thamaku telisina companies ki pampiste...avi alaa spread ayyi... same job requirement tho tens of pilla bithir companies are putting job postings on Dice/Monster.... veetiki apply cheste, client ki double submissions avvavaaa mari??? asalu how does this work? to avoid these things on dice what to do?? |
