some thing like that. Heard empty lands near Open theater, nulaka peta and in Undavalli will fetch around 8000 per sq. yard as last highest registered price is 4000rs per sq. yard. For empty land : registered as empty lands Govt will pay 2 times of last 5 transactions(avg price) and 20% of empty land will be provided of the acquired one. but we need to pay the development charges for the 20% land provided. For agricultural lands: Govt will pay 4 times of last 5 transactions(avg price) and 20% of empty land will be provided of the acquired one. but we need to pay the development charges for the 20% land provided. nenu anduke 9.2 form icchanu for my empty lands.. | ||

I too support River front capital. but not cost of best agricultural lands. ikkada naavi 3 lands pothunnai in Land Pooling. All of these lands are "kaali nivasa stalalu" as per registration records. Land pooling lo avi kooda vesi dobbaru. | ||

They are in fact, acquiring agricultural land almost free of cost promising an illusory rise which is worse than a chit fund scheme. At least in chit funds, you are giving money but here, it is your land, which you will never be able to get back. When I went there on a fact finding mission, we found that one third of the land they plan to acquire is the best agricultural land in the country. It is a multi crop land where the farmers harvest around 100 varieties of crops. | ||
