1) Just MBBS chesthey bongu bhi value undadu. 2) MD/MS cheyyali antey you should have reservations, OC category lo state wide literally each specialization lo 5-6 seats untayi. Vatiki atleast 500-600 mandi TOPPERs compete chestharu. 3) Even if you qualify, 99% of the time you wont get the specialization you want. 4) Once MD/MS is done, you might also want to go for superspecialization to differentiate yourself from the rest of the crowd. 5)having MD/MS is not like getting a open invite to join any hospital you want in any city. You need to first start working your way up by massaging these "RMPs" or "medical brokers" from small villages who will get you clients. 6)Once you have a successful track record, you need to be wise to pick and choose cases carefully, so that your track records generates fame. 7) You need to be ready to sacrifice 50% of your nights for the rest of your life.
