I know BJP accepted TRS into NDA fold in 2009 for a few days immediately after elections but the situation is different now. Today, they have a comfortable majority in Lok Sabha and TRS has only one MP in Rajya Sabha. So there's no need. Moreover, they know much better about TRS and KCR's unreliability and U-turns. And they also know about KCR's not-so-secret affair with the Owaisi's whom BJP cadre in Telangana hate to the core. The hatred between MIM and BJP cadres is worse than what's between YSRCP and TDP cadres. So my suspicion is that BJP wants to let KCR dream about joining NDA so that they go soft on BJP and help BJP build a good image in Telangana. Ante they want to take KCR for a ride and thus benefit their own party. They will stick with Babu/TDP. Babu is a far more reliable ally (at least he stuck around for years when he supported BJP last time and this time he made a successful propoll alliance despite BJP taking a larger than fair share of seats in both Telangana and AP) and TDP is a much bigger party than TRS (count the number of members or MLAs or MPs in LS or MPs in RS).
