Very few directors direct with conviction and feel. This unknown director did with conviction and feel. However he failed in Narration, Instead of making a fast pace interesting movie, he narrated slowly and induced more sentiment scenes esp in second half. Coming to Malli malli idi rani roju  Sarwanand : did fine job & left his conviction with the director ! he suited well for the role ! Good Sarwanand has guts to do different films rather than routine regular Telugu stuff NOTE : In tollywood after Nara Rohit …..Sarwanand is next hero with good affirmative voice  Nitya neon : Natural actor , but her talkative nature makes us boring at times. Very cute in certain close ups. NOTE : in few scenes felt like squeezing her spare parts !  NOTE : In acting actors need to use eyes max to emote their feelings or expression. Nitya melon and Sarwanand are good actors with dignity to emote with eyes. Nitya dorling expressive eyes are so cute   SONGS : Liked only 2 songs one song shot in vibrant colors in subtle manner in french colonial city in Tamil Nadu or Kerala? One song has infusion of Muslim + Hindu Traditions music ! More like fusion song with classical music  1st HALF : Ok , few courting scenes between Sarwanand and Nitya are nice  2nd HALF : little burden to the heart & Slow narration , few scenes were boring. Some things look fresh in the movie : The DOP used a tint color tone, though out the movie, Cinematography is rocking , It looks fresh , the characterizations look fresh  Note : one aunty sitting beside me making noise in dark. finally during interval i saw her , she is munching pop corn with her gorilla mouth WATCH IT : a different film shot esthetically , But one need to take the slow narration and loaded sentiment scenes in second half .  NOte : houseful !  Final note : watch it for Sarwananad and Nitya neon acting and also cinematography is rocking ! few of their courting scenes are nice Story Drawback : a simple feel good love story ……….. however spoiled due to slow narration and The conflict point between Sarwanand and Nitya melon is not convincing esp malaysia episode |
