Thanks Maverick for the response. Wife is not working. Problem to find a consultant is he does nt have an approved I140 now and its been more than 6years he is staying in US.I think at this point consultant can file H1B only if he had a valid I140. F1 is one option though. | ||

One of my friends got laid off recently.He is in US for more than 6 years on H1B.Unfortunately his previous employer revoked his approved I140.In the present company his labor is still processing and got laid off. What are the options for him to stay in US.He bought a house recently.He wanted to talk to attorney but since today is weekend he could not.He will talk on monday. |
