My employer is providing benefits to my family (myself and HD). My spouse was a dependent in 2014 but starting 2015, she is working on H1, and her employer is not providing any benefits. Also, she is staying and working in a different state. Will she still be eligible to use the benefits provided by my employer even though I cannot claim her as a dependent or does she need to enroll now? Please share your inputs..TIA |
