Well, from my experience.. H4's who worked previously in India have always tried to get into H1 or F1 and get into working. People with no IT skills and above 35yrs getting into market is very difficult. Its cut throat and learning curve is steep. ade kada ee rule valla very few get benefitted the better or best one is let primary be eligible to apply EAD after his/her I140 approved. Thats it.
