Another enduring image of Vijayawada is of "conquering" a hill with her friends at the age of 14, says Warrior. Though they lost their way at first, the group achieved their objective after scrambling over rocks and rough terrain. They named that hill 'Kashta Parvatham.' Though visits to her hometown are rare, the changes in the state, especially on the high-tech front, have not been lost on Warrior.
