vizag lo beach line houses baguntayi and that does not mean it has all positive things. pollution untundi naa sami ranga moham and to add to it muggy ga kuda untundi. moham anta jiddu jiddu every day. so it has pluses and minuses. This Andhra real estate is for sale. | ||

yup....engineering vizag cheyananduku chaal badha vesedi...mised the fun of vizag life...okka saari engg 3 rd year lo vizag vachaanu.....spell bound anthe ,...aa beaches, kondalu, rishikonda, sivudi vigraham...superrrr anuko... but bad entante too many people in vizag pee and poop on roads...hope that changed now | ||

My typo, I meant that for Baymont gated. Purandheswari has the best of all sea facing and along with other top shots. if you visit over week end you can see high class people partying. Avanthi foods recently shifted headquarters from hyderabad to baymont. Talk is they got it for 4.5+ crore and mine is not that range for a guest house. We have plot there and trying to sell it to buy house(with some more loan) in baymont and trying for last 6 months but in Baymont nobody is selling. In Shriram 3 months back he said it is 3 crores for hill top row ones. But there are other which are cheap but has no good look compared to hill top. They are building shopping mall inside and that is really superb. | ||

This post is for Rushikonda lovers. Also for those who never visited this area but still ready to leave their negative statements first visit and then talk. 1) shiram panorama hills at yendada This was YV subbreddy scam and that's different story but finally gated community not smaller than any is almost complete https://www.pinterest.com/sphillsvizag/january-3rd-2015-cons truction-progress-photos/ 2) Gitam medical hospital opening soon on top engineering college(which is top class) https://ssl.panoramio.com/photo/111615493 4) Show me a better high class guest house community than the below in neighborhood. I called them guest houses because it is owned by cine personalities and industrialists. https://ssl.panoramio.com/photo/70740952 https://ssl.panoramio.com/photo/70740637 5) Bay area style sea facing house in Sunnyisle. Was empty until state split but now occupied with Gitam and other 8 engineering college staff. https://ssl.panoramio.com/photo/73063973 https://ssl.panoramio.com/photo/59927247 Each house was 2.5 crore until last year but now nobody is even selling for 3.5 also in this area. 6) Sea facing resort(baypark) on hill and I am not sure if India has such kind in any other city 7) This area has the best schools already and 3 more schools are getting started soon(I did not include birla school which is just a thought now) 8) I did not include shiparam near by or the ramanaidu studio or the 8 more engineering college or even IIM(for future) 9) I did not include other resorts(like haritha e.t.c) or AP tourism guest house 10) Finally scuba diving has started in a spot where the view is most beautiful These are just few in one area called rushikonda and some people blindly think this area has nothing and people can't migrate. |
