First of all, Sorry for getting little out of line. I was upset because just for sharing known things people start whacking you.

By the way I was using common id and I came across this DB last week only. I do not even know about this DB until last week. I came to this DB(referred by my brother) just to see if any telugu guys are planning for world cup trip in Austalia as I am there. I thought it would be fun id there is a group.

Anyway I got my fun and let me clear some dirt before saying bye.

By the way if you guys are interested you ca contribute ur ideas to Capital. There is team of people working on this their own interest.

Below are high level things that were put forward by team to study initially and shared with CBN. Singapore team is looking into these along with their expertize.
- India's longest Gardens(6 types of gardens. All other places has only two types maximum) with least cost to maintain(current estimate is garden cost is 1/2 of Brindavan and size is 4 times to it)
( CBN wanted 3 crop lands for this reason to build tourism with garden)
- 16 out of 23 islands to have unique places (each island is protected with boundaries to escape worst flood just like 2009)
(These islands are visible from both sides of river and some of them have visibility up to 20 kilometers on each side. Only the once from the east best point upwards has less visibility)
(Each island is going to researched to see prospects for ex:- Aquarium(half merged into river), Theme park, Golf course, Wooden hanging bridges to Closest islands
(Thulluru Mandal(includes part of Amaravathi mandal with less visibility) is the only Region is India to have fresh water Islands that big and having water throughout year at same level(or at least can be maintained))
(There are islands in other stated but not with water purity above 70% and level is problem,)
(Going forward these islands are the happening places in capital ex:-fireworks, International Conventions(huge potential as seen in this area))
If these islands were not there CBN would have preferred Nuvividu or Donakonda(I missed few millions for sure but I am ok. )
- Penuamaka and Nidumukkala-Vaddamanu hills are the best thing naturally to protect Capital from winds going above 60 km/hr at 200 km cyclone also
- Multiple Piers are established along River front
(Each pier/Sector(not the one with any controlled things) is named after our famous Andhra personalities)
- Convention hall facing River front on Vijaywada and Guntur side
- Two/Three big ponds with edges facing hills if possible
- Only couple of Colonial style structures (because these cost more) to have reflection in Krishna water. These will add charm to the city in the night as well.
- Vijayawada canal or&and Buckingham to have closed shopping Domes
(Domes means don't think like our USA/Europe domes. These are hollow covers just cost less than 2 crores each and provides excellent tourism shopping on canal. Remember there is no Cyclone threat so Domes need not be Level-8 with standing)
(These domes are the cheapest to build and will get attraction across nation and first of its kind)
(You cannot build these in any other place except when it originates from fresh River water. In muddy water there is risk of snakes)
(Luckily Vijayawada thermal plant canal and Buckingham are fit it seems)
- Each sector to have uniqueness in look as well modeling
(Each sector to have its own symbol of trees that can identify it)
(Each sector to have its own style on the junctions/Circles)
(Builders are asked/encouraged/Voluntarily to maintain a symbolic representation of that Sector. Don't think this is costs to much. It is just some kind of symbolism that each one can have voluntarily asked to have Ex: In paris each street has one pattern with (most of the) structures following that . One street may have Lion symbol on the house facing. Some kind of French Symbolism e.t.c Right now " telugu Veena" is thought about mainly as it represent Andhra pradesh in shape). This may cost just 20k-50k for the private owners.
- Up to 1 kilometer of River belt nothing other than Tourism structures are allowed. Theme/Water parks are given outside "ground zero" as they may contribute lot of uncontrolled wastage.
- Each sector to have(Sector is nothing but u guys saw in Vizag MVP colony,Anna nagar,Steel plant e.t.c)
-School
-Marketing place
-Libraries with halls which can be used by the sector people
-Hospital
- Each Super sector(2/3 sectors will have one super sector) to have
-Colleges
-High marketing place
- Bigger hospitals
- No residential is permitted to be converted officially to commercial(unless there is a bigger need)
- Finally River front hotels and resorts (Lot of personalities from Mumbai(also Mckinsey is marketing with USA firms and already enquiries started ) met CBN just for these recently. He is asking them to participate in bidding and nothing is free)
(This is the biggest revenue generation thing for Capital)
(As per an estimate Capital 50-70% capital expenditure is recovered in 8-11 years starting phase1 complete)
- More than anything else peoples motivation of owing capital is seen as biggest investment
o Ex:- Not to pollute areas
o No dumping of wastage
o With post hudhud experience CBN&Team was positive on this. Everybody wants it to be clean if we show them a way.

All the above are estimated with reasonable budget and basic research is
done. By the way it�s not govt-to-govt model as that requires AP to put forward some budget up front.

The biggest cost for capital is sewage as it needs to be planned for 50 years compared to others only for 25 years max. Two cost saving options are there but Japan has done wonders in this area so left to them.
Once completed Team's wish is to see 100's of tourism boats on River Krishna any given time.

This will happen(if all co-operate and there is linkage to �special status and tax incentives�� by the interested(Singapore and Japan as well) parties) by 2019(at least to a shape so that people can start private development). We have geographical advantage in this region and god's grace water purity+islands are helping us naturally...

Last but not least Donakona is going to get Pharma hub at any cost unless center does not give " Tax incentive at all".
If we don't get that then Capital also is seen as risk. But Modi assured CBN to Go-ahead, which means we are get getting it. All are waiting for that as everything( not just capital) is linked to that by the parties that are showing interest.

Except couple of phama heads(don't worry these two are not in top four) who are in state scam all others are in touch with CBN. These guys are putting pressure on CBN "tell us quick what tax benefits are we going to get from Center? We want to shift ASAP but we don't know which location and what tax benefits we get still. Their main worry is construction takes 1-2 years and they want to plan their shifting ASAP. Telanagana is not at all the reason Pharma is looking to move to AP. There is something else which some of you may already know ".

Personally I have more benefit in Phamra Hub than Capital as it is close to my place and also has some partnership.!
