I think common man real gaa buying mode loki vachinappudu we can get pulse of the rates.. and where banks starts issuing housing loans etc...that would be a bit of real measure in my view.. ippudu MLA vaalla pedhamma koduku acre 4 crores petti konnadu..VJA lo pedha docter 5 crores petti konnaru..is all black money trading... Yesterday one broker called and said we have it for 1.25 in pooling. They asked him specifically two times are you sure it is in pooling and not assinged. He said YES and asked them to come ASAP or else it will be gone. When they went he showed papers and passbook also. My uncle got surprised and shocked. Then called local VRO and checked. This is passbook land but they cannot sell it. Technically registrar office(FORM-8 they ask will for these lands) will not register it on final day. When they told NO this batch that is behind controversial lands came for that. kanna laxminarayana got 30 acres of land like this in Tadikonda(near pond) last year which he tried to regularize. This is one of the reason for him to join BJP(so that TDP cannot go full force on this scam) But for you&me do not even think of these. | ||

By the way some are putting assigned lands for sale saying pay us now and we will register plot on your name when we get it. Those are going around from 60-90 lakhs. Local MLA batch(the one who is in media everyday opposing pooling) are going around for these with their men. Do not even think of these so leave it. | ||
