akkadu usa to ties unnanta matrana,,doesn't meen that we were ignoring other counties....remember our above 75% defence imports were from russia only where as usa just below 10%...and lot of trade between india and china. modi improving ties with japan,thivan,srilanka and bangalesh..etc | ||

Warrior It is the RIGHT STEP (cozying up to US) even though it is too late. The R/P/C block is a •••••• up block both ethically & morally. In this block, may be China is better compared to the other two. Just because we cozy upto US, it doesn't mean we need to make enemies of the other countries. We can have our influence on US and we don't need to blindly follow them on everything. We don't need to be like Britain, but can be like Germany. | ||

saw this comment....please tell me ur take...r we wrong in cozying up to usa? India getting cozy with the USA an old foe while sacrificing friendship with the Russia; a tried and tested friend at a time when the Russian and American friction is at a high is an interesting diplomatic development. Russia and Pakistan have started talking too. Russia, Pakistan, China seems to be the next block to emerge. India sadly always tried to get on to the back of the wrong party. |
