Some of these companies are all looking for free/cheap land. most of the companies turning out to be land gobblers. strict rules should be put not to show the land value on the books of the company, smaller leasing periods, land rentals instead of assignment and ownership with govt, no mortgage etc.

exaclty and 5 starsss...ee bodyshopping companies will just grab the land and spoil the city...go for goog/fb/aapl/msft kindof companies...

ee infy/tcs/wipro ki oka 5 acres lo 50 floors kattinchi commerical rental bases meeda ivvali...not giving each of them 40 acres or so
