your PIL will be quashed as any company or corporate has legal right to do business anywhere in india and doesn't matter where they register their office. nuvvu cheppina prakaram every business has to register office in eacha nd every state and central needs to share to corporate tax to all states. so impossible. | ||

In the case of SUNTV, it is reasonable/justified. But GEMINI TV case lo, both states AP and Telangana are genrating revenue for the channel. So they have to pay to both states. Head office location can be anywhere. that should not matter at all. If what you guys say is true, all hindi speaking states are forgoing thier income and losing it to Maharastra. Still Sivasena crys on all hindi speaking states? | ||

baasu indaakatinunchi chepthondi ade. These channels pay corporate TAX to Central govt. Central will districute to states based on percentage. Some where around 30% state share vuntundi. If thier corporate offices are registeered in AP, then share will go to AP. In this case HYD lo vunnai kabatti T will get the share. | ||

you are mixing other business entities with another businessess. IDEA will reguster in states where they feel they need to have regional office etc. Business regional office lo level lo jarigithe aa state ki tax kadathaaru. Where as MAA TV is registered in Hyd and they dont have any other regional offices in other districts or other states. meeru ichina IDEA exmaple is apt for SUNTV, they pay tax for SUN Network in TN and Gemini in T. But GEMINI dont pay tax in AP. | ||

It depends anukunta...idea vaadu auction lo konukkovali each state...so ala emanna rule vundemo....naaku clear idea ledu...but most of the companies pay their taxes where they have haead office..it may not directly go to state...but center collect ina taxes lo % state govt ki ivvochu! | ||

ikkada head office ekkada vunte adhi base lekka treat chsi akkada aa state ki pay chestharu...reliance vadiki entire india lo operations vunnayi but head office bombay lo vutnadi..so mostly vaadu bombay lo pay chesthadu! First thing first, tax will not be paid to State govt. It is central govt. Center will give State govt share after consolidation. Registered office ekkada vunte aa state ki velthundi share. So, at present Max Andhra companies anni Hyd lo registered kabatti AP ki cheppe migulthondi. | ||
