no n yes it depends on the layout. if say if your layout is approved by HMDA and the nakals and links were correct, you can apply for 1B and get that document for that particular plot. | ||

layout was done in 1991 and hence this plot information will be available as EC only from 1991 kada. adangal/Pahani is for the survey number kada. Can it be done for an individual plot? | ||

online ec 1983 nunchi mathrame untadi. manual ec eseva lo apply cheyyali land survey number and id proofs tho. apply for adangal 1b it will secure your land for you. if you have adangal on your name attached to that respective survey number with bounderies no one kuch nahin peek saktha even if the survey number has multiple registrations. get it done ASAP | ||

In my experience of dealing with people, I doubt if your dad will have those link documents. They'll be a pretty big bundle so people don't take them. Your dad might be having legal opinion document that layout developers 'usually' give which will mention all the details of sale deeds that have happened for that survey numbers so even that'll give you clarity. I have a question/problem or whatever you can call. we own a piece of land in gachibowli. Danni Land aquisition lo mana divangatha netha priyathama nayakudu teesukundamanukunnadu. Notice kooda pamparu. However the notice went to some one else(some seethamma). The same was the case with all of the plot owners. We don't know who this seethamma is. She is not even the person who did the layout. we got a copy of the letter from the collector's office. The EC is on our name. when asked about this, the staff in the revenue department mentioned that they send the letters according to what is in their records. Over time the land aquisition is cancelled. The EC still shows our name. When checked with the revenue department, they mentioned to us that the pahani could be in the other person's name. we went to the nearest mee seva center and got the pahani and it is indeed in the other person's name. Interestingly the staff in mee seva center asked only the survey number and not the plot number to print the pahani. they said the entire survey number pahani will be on one person's name. ee pahani kakunda inkemanna revenue records untaya? |
