Consulate wont entertain any PIO/Visa's/OCI. Last week I sent by daughters passport for visa to Cox and King and got it in a week back. Now I am submitting my sons PIO application (Duplicate) as I lost original to Cox and King, they are saying 5-10 business days. If it is new PIO, it takes around 4-6 weeks. This is at Houston Consulate.

PIO card is not pajjible. U cant even go directly to Indian consulate regarding PIO.. u have to go via cox n kings
