us lo each state has different laws on will. some states just need both the parents signing in front of notary and then he will notarize it (costs few dollars). some states need witness signatures also in front of notary and some states need an attorney to prepare it file it (register with the state) etc. if you buy the software it will give step by step details and laws related to each state. | ||
