you still need wireless keyboard/mouse (RF or Bluetooth) to work with the PC Stick. Just think of it as a dedicated PC where you run HDMI cable from PC to TV. Instead, you are skipping the cable and hooking the stick directly into TV. When I got the Chromecast, I plugged it into A/V receiver and could get surround sound played thru home speakers. Same would work for PC Stick. | ||

You connect this device to your TV. Since this device now has windows OS (or linux), you can launch browser or whatever program directly on TV instead of having a computer transmit this to the TV. Anthenaa? How do we interact with the TV connected to this device though? I didn't see any mention of a controller! NUC antey, it's connected to TV via HDMI cable and you access NUC how? | ||

one drawback is... need extra power cable. HDMI port cant power device. given that size and no fan, its nice design & has great utility value. Yes... Very nice idea. I love intel products that brings computers to living rooms. They started with a tiny project called Next Unit of Computing. Created a tiny computer in lab and everyone liked it. They released it as Intel NUC and they were selling like hot cakes. They couldn't even cope up with market demand. I own 3 Intel NUCs. Now, they came up with a stick which was a pet project in Intel lab. Good idea but looks little under powered for a full fledged PC. Nevertheless appreciate their efforts. | ||
