paanch ghante. When I was at my peeks last year, Marathon was cancelled and again never trained with that commitment. My best training was 22 miles, 3.40 hr |

search for hal hingdon beginner plan. Don't plan a run marathon in april/may.. the best time is nov/dev/jan.. or march.. based on you speed i think if you plan, train well enough you could do it 4.15 to 4.30 as age is on your side and also you are good athlete.. but make sure you train very well and have good food otherwise you'll end up with lots of injuries.. |

marathan cheddam anukuntunnaaa....need tips... so far epuud cheyaledu marathan...plan is to do in april or may...last year may lo i trained for half but injured ( twist) my ankle in the race and couldnt finish...training lo i trained for 11 miles..11 miles 1 hour 40 mkins lo finish chetshoo unde.... ippudu full cheyalante emanna plan undaa mee daggra? like week by week inni miles run cheyali etc...emanna food precautions? gym lo exercises emana cheyala specific gaaa? inka emannna tips unte cheppandi |
