- My friend return from USA , settled in kukatpalli - took a rented flat and staying with family , having 2 small kids - A muslim family staying in adjacent flat - after few months my friend moved to some other apartment - one fine day Police came to him and arrested him - told a rape case is filed on him from the Muslim lady , her husband , her brother who are staying beside their flat previously - that lady filed the complaint that my friend raped her 3 times - they got support from Owaisi - police took my friend to police station and started enquiring , asking him emiti ammayi antha bagunda , tulam bangaram ichhi enjoy chesava etc etc rubbish - My friends family approached serlingampalli MLA Gandhi - he came to police station warned police not to keep in cell and took my friend and kept him in his house for 2 days (complaint was lodged on Friday the next 2 days where holidays) - later the entire flats familys came to police station and gave support to my friend - Enquire cheyga telsindi emiti ante ma friend office ki velle dappuddu aa muslim ammayi baitaki vachi chusta undedi anta , apartments vallu emiti ee pilla itla chestondi anukune varu anta - Case court ki vellindi , judge tests cheyinchuko mani chebite she is not accepting - lady judge is laughing at her argument - rape eppuddu jargindo cheppamante evo dates cheppindi anta , on one of the mentioned date my friend was working full time in office - my friend collected the information and CC Camera footage from office and showed it in court - then she started saying she have eye witness as proofs - but now she is not bringing in her proofs and case is pending - Judge said to my friend case will be closed next time if she dont bring her proofs - My friend dint informed all this to his wife till now thinking she may misunderstand - he spent more than 1 lakh in all this mess - now he is thinking to file a defamation case against that muslim lady |
