yes brother... If u think in longer term perspective..then LAS makes sense for me.. in longer term its easy to clock 30-40% CAGR...from equity...then take out 12% CAGR for interest...then my profit margin would be more than 20% on LAS amount. in this year taken 80 lks LAS..gained 85 lks profit..as i said it needs serious conviction about equity. | ||

I haven't used leverage yet but i believe rao can keep extending LAS as long as he is clocking returns greater than interest he i paying. He is working like a bank :-) . His return - interest he pays is his NIM. | ||

From icici bank (2 accounts) and Axis bank ( 2 accounts).. Interest 11.5%.. I do not know how much they r offering now..but u need to bargain.. I have planned it for next 2 years or till the Nifty index valuations peaks (PE 25 and above). | ||

for repaying LAS amount...just u deposit that amount in u r OD account..thats it. then u ask the bank to close the OD account. | ||

Brother, For 1 lk..uneed to pay interest of 1100 to 12750 depends on bank. when u take LAS from a bank..bank will create one OD account.. 1.In that OD account they will deposit 20 lks max. if u pledge 40 lks worth of shares. 2.if u pledge only 30 lks worth of shares then they will deposit only 15 lks. amount in OD account. 3.now if u use suppose 10 lks from OD account..then u need to pay interest for that used amount only.(means interest for 10 lks in this case) 4.simply they will deduct interest from OD account. 5.then u need to deposit that interest amount back into u r OD account. i think its better to discuss on phone. send me me your mobile no.to my mail id..i will give a call to u and explain.. my mail id is with pidugu..
