I feel that Industry needs a hardware based password. Like a USB stick that is a VPN kind of security. And whenever Windows needs password, it will basically check the USB stick and get credentials. the USB stick needs to have a GPS so that it can be tracked and get deactivated if it is not in the approved coordinates.
