would always prefer zero closing costs unless the gap is too much.. money you pay for closing costs in taxed and money on interest is tax deductable..and if interest rates move down and you refinance with-in next 4 years again.. you loose the closing costs. Jai JanaSena | ||

gotcha usual ga refinance cases lo no closing costs options chusa not in new home loans. I may be wrong but just my observation. You are saying it ulta bhayya. APR is what you pay not the interest rate. Check it out. | ||

Personal experience tho cheptunna, e Wellsfargo, BOA lanti vallu waste. Desi gallu untaru NJ la Sam Doshi ani alantollu better. I've compared his rates with Credit Union and also other banks, nenu rates theesukunappudu he is for sure less by 0.25 than market. They work with Quicken loans and definite ga better rates ichadu.
