I won't eat oats/wheat..as both are gluten stuff...

I used to eat Almonds..forlast 5 years everyday 50 gr. (12 hours soaked in water)
I used to walk total 4 km (morning 2 km and evening 2 km)

very bad numbers...... rice, nonveg, idli, dosa,puri,vada ,upma, milk , eggs , biryani, fruits,friedrice gatraa maaaneyandi...just eat green leaf vegetables and wheat grass if available for next 30 years 3 times a day and do exercise for atleast 4 hrs a day .... lekapothe kashtam
