yep but in their life time you won't get possession of the property. Also if this person is making another will for other properties then it is advisable to mention this already bequeathed property in a separate schedule mentioning the document number of the already registered will because the lastest will supercedes all previous ones. if you have a registered will and all your documents are pakka then just get mutation done for the said property. No legal charges will be incurred but then patience will be tested to the T. We're so quick to point out our own flaws in others. | ||
