Andhra University has one of the best programs for chemical engg in India, and what it has is inferior to chemical engg program in 100th ranked university in USA.

Ivanni peru ki cheppukovatanike. Vunna IIT's lone severe faculty problem... What we need is foriegn reputed institutes which can make use of technology and give quality education, which will in turn help us with research etc.
