Vijay babai.. nuvvu anavasaram gaa confuse avutunnav.. first keep ALL OF THE papers in front of you and understand them CLEARLY. 1) Passport with the latest visa stamping on it 2) Your Last entry I-94 3) Your latest/current H1B approval copy(I-797: Notice of Action). Look at (1), check the date of expiry.. note it. Look at (2) Check the expiry date on it. Look at (3) and check the Bottom of it, there is I-94 printed on it. check its expiry date. If you find any of these dates as the future date, dont worry immediately, you are good. Post those details, that gives the better picture for us | ||

vijay, call the CBP officer at POE and explain the situation ASAP. I 94 expired but Valid I797 ani cheppu. Usually help chestharu. Naku telisina vallu same situation. but H1 extension already applied antunnav kabatti, not sure. but I suggest to meet CBP officer. | ||

PP lo stamp esi vundha ee date varaku ani? If that is the case u can get ur I-94 updated. Do it tomorrow only, do not delay. Once updated you can send the updated I-94 as well. | ||

Most probably u will get the extension but will not a I-94. In that case you have to go out of the country and get stamped and enter back in. | ||

Here is the situation - H1B ending in 01/08/2014 - process initiated to apply for extension - however just realized when collecting the documents - I94 ended 11/30/2014 any idea of what to do and what could happen |
