Can anyone please let me know how long does it take for a decision when we file a MTR against a denied H1b petition. My friend's H1 got denied due to E-E relationship and End client letter and he is wondering if should go for a re-filing or to open a MTR. As per USCIS, MTR cannot be expedited even though the underlying petition has been filed under Premium. Client letter vastondi ee sari but client is asking him to join by 3rd-4th week of December.

Please advise.
