Since its not extremely dangerous issue and this is your first ticket, most likely you may get fine+driving school. (I am talking from CA state point of view. But check in your state). If its just fine+school, pay fine(may be around $350 or so), attend online driving school(it costs around $20 or so), you wont be added with any points on records and insurance may not jack up. I did this before.. (check for cartoondirving school or something on yelp) | ||

Same situation 65 == 85 , paid around 300 ( court ) + 150 ( lawyer ) , no points no insurance increase .. My insurance cost would have increased by 500 each year for the next 3 years aane seniors chepparu , to follow this - | ||
