Difference was BJP was trying to get established in KA and was not looking at that state to fill it's coffers. Now only big state which congress is ruling is KA so you can guess how much pressure the state leaders will be to send funds. Then it neither has history to fall back upon or any ruling pedigree. Its history starts with crony capitalism and divisive politics started by sanjay Ghandy & Indira Ghandy.
