Basically my analysis is this: They had a series of discussions with USCIS and department of state. They had a verbal understanding of what they have to do. But since that agreement can have variations and change accordingly. after fully going through the rule process similar to EAD for H4, it might vary... so to safegaurd from such a situation, it was vaguely mentioned anipisthondi. Ofcourse i am not a lawyer or expert. Just keen observation of their writing. Ranbir Kapoor is god of acting |
