Bhayya... full time vs contracting totally depends on ur interest, technology, job market, etc etc... so antha easy ga no body can suggest u FT vs Contracting... Briefly... Contracting ante small time body shopping employer tho deal cheyyale, employer bad aithe nightmare, jobs pothe inko job kosam search cheyyale (technology ki market ekkada manchiga undi chooskovaale), relocation or travelling ki open undalle... if u have family r u willing to do all the above?? money koncham yekkuda probably but equally risk of sitting on bench for longer periods kuda undi... GC filing employer tho easy ga cheyyinchukovacchu... Full time ante again depends on FT with client vs top consulting firms.. ne pay neeku vastadi... job potadi/contract ayipotadi anna tension ledu..
