Sai Dharam Tej’s debut film, Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham has had a very good outing in its first weekend of its release. The movie has got the backing of Mega fans in the first place and more over it is backed up by good reviews and positive Word of Mouth. More importantly there is no competition from any other film at the box office and as a result, it is making a merry. The film has got better opening than Loukyam and Oka Laila Kosam, Thanks to the patronage of Mega Fans.
