Saughmraat: but bowling a wide, losing a wicket etc. all are part of a game. Even in a fair game, these are "expected" things.

Kadapafan: u find it faulty you want to return it right? same logic applies here
but bowling a wide, losing a wicket etc. all are part of a game. Even in a fair game, these are "expected" things. in a faulty machine, unexpected behavior can b observed. and hence can be identified as a faulty machine. but, in fixing, only the "expected" things are happening. then why is it "faulty"? People pay to watch fair sports not fixed sports, so fixing is illegal from that sense... Its like you pay and buy some product and if u find it faulty you want to return it right? same logic applies here |

phalaanaa movie lo... phalaanaa time daggara... evarevari todalu aallaallu kottukovaali ani director/writer story raaskunnaadanukondi..... oka citizen ochi... "nenu oppukonu. vaallu todalu kottukookuudadu. todalu kottadam raajyaanga viruddham" ani objections raise cheste... vinadaaniki elaa vuntundi? SPOT/match fixing meeda enquiries jariginaa kuudaa naaku same feeling. asalu ... naaku two doubts unnaayi. info/idea unna vaallu konchem light veyyandi. 1) Is spot/match fixing a crime, punishable under law? (banning can be understood. but... arresting etc. ??) 2) If punishable, on what basis? for example... intentional wide ki, accidental wide ki tedaa enti? whoz going to suffer? I feel it like... "movie lo fights lo nijam karralato kottukoledu. rubber karra to kottukunnaaru. hence arrest the fighters" annattu untundi. why is this "fixing" thing attracting so much of legal attention?
