yes 100%. I do fall off the path on and off. But I know what is HOME/stable equilibrium. Just do the course. Some people take it to the next level in guru worship. but that is totally optional. you can keep it at physical-mental-personal spiritual level Just think you are joining in a gym for your mind and soul | ||

did you do the course? either you are way ahead in the path or simply a skeptic. i agree these are not MANDATORY for anyone but for common people like me, spirituality has to be that simplified to make a start anyways they do not teach hatred towards anything, there is no belief system, you dont need to take a leap of faith. so there is no harm. | ||
